About me

I have 25-plus years of experience working in marketing and communications, policy development, and community building in the cultural and not-for-profit sectors. Problem-solving and a can-do-outlook are my superpowers. Previous roles include Marketing and Community Manager for Milton Keynes Community Foundation, Assistant Director for Young Musicians, and Communications Manager for Language Beyond Borders.

My clients include The EW Group/Challenge Consultancy, Athru Communications, and Literary Tours in Egypt. The contracts span the range of work for an executive assistant, social media management, and administrative support. I work with clients around the world.

As a qualified Coach and Mentor and an ICELT-qualified English Language Teacher, nurturing and supporting others to succeed runs through my veins.

And it’s all topped off with integrity, creativity, and good humour.

I’m the founder of The Global Menopause Community supporting women globally to have a healthy menopause.

Originally from the UK, I live in Mexico with my three cats Tommy, Urian, and Donatella, La Reina.
